| Herbert H.
Jones Jr. is known to many as a modest and humble man who manages flight
operations at the Cloud Club. Herb, as he is known to his friends and
associates, has known and worked with many
famous aviators in his sixty
years of flying. In 1943, Herb under took training at
Tuskegee
Army Airfield home of the legendary Tuskegee Airman. As well, Herb has held many occupations in aviation. He has
performed as a flight instructor, airfield manager and, a corporate
pilot to name a few. A little known fact to many is that Herbert Jones
operated the first
black owned air carrier, utilizing large four engine transport type
aircraft, in the United States.

Through Herb's pioneering spirit, love for aviation, and will to succeed he has been responsible for many people of all races, creeds, colors and sexes becoming aviators.
